WHY SCENT?

You can understand a pattern intellectually and still continue living it.

The Aromanna Method does not use scent to predict the future or treat a condition. Scent becomes an intentional sensory anchor—a way to connect reflection with a repeatable ritual of awareness and practice.

The practice

Association creates a doorway.

Our sense of smell is closely connected with memory and emotion. An aroma may invite a personal reaction, association, or question. In this work, that response becomes a reflective prompt—not a diagnosis.

A chosen essential oil can then accompany a journal prompt, conscious action, or daily pause. The purpose is not to make the oil do the work for you. It is to help you remember what you are practicing.

The Scent Code

The emotional language of essential oils.

My foundational book explores what attraction or resistance to particular aromas may invite us to examine, and offers a language for bringing scent into conscious reflection.

Essential oils

Genuine plant aromatics, used intentionally.

I work with genuine essential oils: concentrated aromatic materials distilled or expressed from plants. Synthetic fragrance can be enjoyable, but it is made differently and is not the material used in this method.
